Service
All-EO provides AI-generated, AEO-optimised content articles to business clients. Each article is researched, written, and structured by our autonomous agent pipeline, with human review before delivery. We operate as a B2B service provider.
Payment
Individual articles are charged at £200 per article, payable in advance. Monthly subscription services are invoiced monthly at the agreed rate. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice. We reserve the right to pause delivery pending outstanding payment.
Delivery
Articles will be delivered within 5 working days of confirmation of the topic brief, or within 5 working days of the agreed delivery schedule for subscription clients. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Revisions
One round of revisions is included with each article. A revision is defined as requests for factual corrections, structural adjustments, or tone changes submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests outside this window, or requests constituting a complete redraft, may be quoted separately.
Intellectual property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all intellectual property rights in the delivered article content. All-EO retains no ongoing licence to use delivery content. All-EO retains the right to reference the existence of the client relationship in sales and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of liability
All-EO's total liability to the client for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client to All-EO in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of revenue, or loss of search rankings.
Warranties
All-EO warrants that articles will be original, free from plagiarism, and structured according to agreed AEO/GEO methodology. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, AI citation outcomes, or traffic results, as these depend on factors outside our control.
Termination
Either party may terminate a monthly subscription with 30 days' written notice. Outstanding articles within the notice period will be completed and invoiced. We may terminate immediately if a client engages in abusive conduct toward our team, requests illegal content, or fails to make payment after two written reminders.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
